I would like to apologise for my outburst. I don't have any intention of hurting anyone; it was merely a practical joke that got out of hand when people began to taunt me about my husband's death and     other things. I am very appreciative of Mr Travers' work and it was never my intention to make a mockery of what he's done to help all of us. I'll be working with my Healer so I don't offend or scare anyone else like I did today again.

One of my friends has a birthday coming up on the 15th, and I was thinking I could buy her a dress, or some jewelry. Do you think you could take me? Maybe it will help get your mind off things for a little while. It's actually for Ciara, the little werewolf girl at camp who I turned some years ago. She's the one I gave the tracking necklace to after   Aaron died.

The full moon last night wasn't kind to me. I hurt one of my eyes, and now I'm blinded in that eye. My healer said they can't fix it because of the dark magic a werewolf has. It's why our wounds always turn into scars. I just can't help but think about all the people I've hurt who will never heal. I guess I never really thought about that before. How many people can't walk anymore because of me? How many people have I disfigured? Children, even, who will have to grow up like that. I can't fix the mistakes I've made, but I can learn from them. That's what my healer told me, and it's what I plan to do.

I guess sometimes you just don't realise how bad something really is until it happens to you.

Alright, ladies, I'm on Hogwarts grounds now so let's show Fenrir he hasn't got himself a pack of daft morons while he's still in St Mungo's. Since we can't leave the grounds, and we've all got to sleep sometime, we're going to have a day shift and night shift. There aren't a lot of us, so here's how we're splitting up.

Albus Dumbledore sent me a tennis racket and a book on the history of magic (I told Gaius about the book). I kind of want to keep it because I don't have one anymore, and I guess no one at camp wants to play tennis with me anyway and they've probably had less experience than you have, but I thought he was someone we don't like. I don't know why he's sending me gifts, so it makes me suspicious.
